How many times have you heard that?! Today's marketplace practically demands that businesses have an internet presence to stay competitive. It's just not enough to advertise in newspapers, telephone directories, etc. — people expect to find your company on the internet. A customer will assume that a business willing to invest the time and effort into an informative web site will provide the same service to its clients.

Rascal Graphics has been designing websites for well over a decade. (Something about how I work mostly with smaller businesses but without that doesn't insult me or my clients...)
